Every owner is sent a monthly payment book and a set of envelopes to use each year if owners prefer to pay by check. Envelopes are pre-addressed.

The HOA website does not take payments online.
To pay electronically, many owners set up the payment through a personal bank account's Bill Pay portal either on a recurring basis or create the payment cue manually each month. Each bank can differ but typically the bank will require this information:

Owners wanting to replace their windows or doors need to email/submit plans to: info@magnoliapmc.com. New doors and windows must match the original ones that are being replaced. Patio doors and windows should be dark bronze color on the outside and windows must have the grid pane dividers in place. See specific paint codes posted on PAINT CODE page on this website.
Each condo has their own assigned carport parking spot. The uncovered parking places are available for resident and their guests. In the northeast corner of the Waterfall Crossing complex, there is an overflow parking area for residents only. If an owner wants to park a small RV, trailer or boat on a long-term basis, authorization can be approved and tag #'s registered through Magnolia Association Management (go to CONTACT page). Note: cars may not be stored in this lot on a long-term basis.
If you have a car parked in your assigned parking place, you may call Dynamic Towing to have it towed at the car owner’s expense. The phone number for Dynamic Towing is 469.943.6950.
During spells of freezing weather when temperatures drop below 32 degrees, owners should leave their heat on and open cabinet doors below sinks and cabinetry along exterior walls. Interior faucets should be left to slowly drip and exterior facets should always be covered during cold spells.
Repainting of front doors, siding and fences must be painted only in the colors used and approved in advance by Waterfall Crossing property management. There are certain paint color codes that all owners are required to use.
According to the City of Richardson policies, the following MATERIAL IS PROHIBITED in all dumpster containers: Liquids, all C&D renovation material to include roofing material, ceramic tile, laminate & tile flooring, asphalt, bricks, concrete, rocks, gravel, dirt, sand and sod. All HAZARDOUS MATERIALS PROHIBITED INCLUDE: Toxic, corrosive, reactive, ignitable, radioactive, paint, paint thinner, pool chemicals, oil batteries, or fluorescent light bulbs.
Waterfall Crossing dumpsters are for the use of residents only. All residents must be sure every item fits INSIDE the dumpster and that the lids close or the dumpster company will not provide service, therefore no items or trash may be set outside the dumpster. The dumpsters may not be used for furniture or mattress disposal. Google Junk Removal/Richardson for a list of companies nearby who can haul away larger items.
Hours for the Waterfall Crossing Pool is open 7 days a week from 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. Pool users are asked to respect residents nearby with noise levels between the hours of 6:00 to 11:00 a.m. and between 9:00 and 11:00 p.m. The pool is open year-round but will close if temperatures become extreme during winter months.
Waterfall Crossing swimming pool is for the use of Waterfall Crossing residents only. Two guests are allowed per unit and must be accompanied by the owner or tenant.
Should there ever be CLOSED signs on the pool gate, the pool is closed for maintenance issues.

The Waterfall Crossing Home Owners Association Board of Directors meets with owners on an annual meeting basis via Zoom every July and also meets as a board every 1-2 months depending on current business needs to be addressed by the board.
