UPDATED BOARD GOALS FOR 2026
1. Landscaping -- Landscape work continues including the removal of landscape ties as they deteriorate and to build up turf, add grass turf, replace sideway areas and add stone to prevent flooding.
2. Building Repairs -- Repairs and maintenance to buildings and units continue and includes exterior repairs to the facades, painting, roofing, exterior wall cracks and fence work. Over the past three years, 28 buildings have been completed and exterior work and fences are continuing into 2026.
3. Fences -- A total of 80 fences have been rebuilt. Approximately 55 fences are scheduled for repair or replacement in 2026.
4. Driveways and Carports -- Work needed for repair of driveways and carports will be assessed for future consideration of repair.
5. Signage -- Property signage throughout complex including dumpsters and security will be updated. Security cameras have been added throughout the complex.

Exciting news! Improvements on the pool at Waterfall Crossing have been completed! Updates included a totally new plaster surface, new tile, a handrail at the steps, updated signage, and a new gate with new code pad has been installed. There is also a new keypad to the clubhouse restrooms.

Waterfall Crossing's pool is open year-round unless extreme cold temperatures during the winter months force pool closure. Pool hours are 6:00 a.m to
11:00 p.m. Please be courteous to neighbors during early and late hours. Check your email for this season’s new pool code.
