Your HOA is hard at work!
COMPLETED OR IN-PROGRESS ITEMS
1. A total of 74 fences have been replaced; 32 remaining fences are in need of replacement or repair
2. A total of 26 buildings have had exterior repairs including painting; 10 buildings remain to be scheduled for exterior work
3. Deteriorated landscape timber walls around the property have been totally replaced; work continues as needed
4. Condo storage doors have been replaced as needed
5. A major tree trimming job was performed throughout the complex
6. Sprinkler repairs have been made in excess of $10,000.
7. Security system installed with cameras located at mailboxes and trash dumpsters.
8. Replacement of missing or damaged mailbox doors.
FUTURE PROJECT PRIORITIES
1. Finish the remaining 32 fences and 10 buildings with hopes to complete by the end of the calendar year.
2. Landscape improvements will include removal of all deteriorated metal edging pieces and stumps from dead bushes. Will continue to replace landscape timbers.
3. Repair and paint carports throughout the property.
4. Parking lot repairs (currently in bid process).
5. Remove broken tile at mailbox area.

WATERFALL CROSSING POOL IS OPEN!
Exciting news! Improvements on the pool at Waterfall Crossing have been completed! Updates included a totally new plaster surface, new tile, a handrail at the steps, updated signage, and a new gate with new code pad has been installed. There is also a new keypad to the clubhouse restrooms.

Waterfall Crossing's pool is open year-round unless extreme cold temperatures during the winter months force pool closure. Pool hours are 6:00 a.m to
11:00 p.m. Please be courteous to neighbors during early and late hours. Check your email for this season’s new pool code.
