UPDATED BOARD GOALS FOR 2024
1. Work has begun to replace deteriorated landscape timbers throughout the property. Landscapers are removing dead bushes and cutting back plants where needed for fence work.
2. Building Repairs -- Repairs and maintenance to buildings and units continue and includes exterior repairs to the facades, painting, roofing, exterior wall cracks and fence work. Much work was completed in 2023 and with our great crew, great progress is expected in 2024.
3. Building Leaks -- Locating and responding to plumbing or water leaks under buildings which can affect structure and water supply to units. As workers have worked through many of the buildings, the water cost savings continues to be tremendous!
Take a walk around and see all the good work that has been completed! Next year the focus will be on continued work in these areas, plus work will begin on the complex and unit landscaping projects.
Exciting news! Improvements on the pool at Waterfall Crossing have been completed! Updates included a totally new plaster surface, new tile, a handrail at the steps, updated signage, and a new gate with new code pad has been installed. There is also a new keypad to the clubhouse restrooms.
Waterfall Crossing's pool is open year-round unless extreme cold temperatures during the winter months force pool closure. Pool hours are 6:00 a.m to
11:00 p.m. Please be courteous to neighbors during early and late hours. Check your email for this season’s new pool code.
